ABOUT ME

I have always had a passion for drawing and started drawing portraits some 35 years ago when my two boys were of pre-school age.  Having drawn my own boys, friends asked me if I’d draw their children and that is when it all took off!  

I lived in Hertfordshire for some 20 years and until recently I worked full time, drawing portrait commissions in my spare time. In 2017 I relocated to Market Harborough, Leicestershire and have since been focussing on expanding my drawing and painting business.

I always work from photographs as this proves to be easier for everyone.  Clients generally send photographs to me via email or WhatsApp and, following discussion and by mutual agreement, I will get cracking. See ‘The Process’ for more details.

I have in the past exhibited at several large craft fairs around the Country, the most prestigious being the Hatfield House Craft Fair at Knebworth, Hertfordshire (the largest craft fair in Europe!)  I now receive a steady flow of commissions from all over the world.
